1,000 Millenial Years

1000 Millenial Years

Book of Revelation Chapter 20

Rev. 20:1 “And I saw an angel come down from heaven, having the key of the bottomless pit and a great chain in his hand.”

Rev. 20:2 “And he laid hold on the dragon, that old serpent, which is the Devil, and Satan, and bound him a thousand years,”

Rev. 20:3 “And cast him into the bottomless pit, and shut him up, and set a seal upon him, that he should deceive the nations no more, till the thousand years should be fulfilled: and after that he must be loosed a little season.”

It’s going to be interesting to see if we will get to observe this Angel when he takes hold of Satan, binds him, and throws him in the pit.  I would love to see that scene when it takes place.  Notice how Satan had many names: Dragon, Serpent, Devil, plus many others; names that guided us throughout these seven years, but in reality throughout the whole Bible.  A spirit hopefully you have learned to avoid; to know the difference; and, to know where it comes from.

With him being bound now for the next thousand years, he is not gone forever as yet.  At the end of the thousand years his spirit will be turned loose for another 40 years where he will try to deceive man again.  The amount of people who will turn to him will be as the sand of the sea; they will still reject Christ,  people who will have an evil heart.

Remember in Ezekiel where the Word showed there was to be 390 years of tribulation on the house of Israel and then 40 more years on the house of Judah?  The seven years we just studied fulfills the 390 years.  The next 40 years according to Ezekiel has to be at the end of the thousand years because there will be no tribulation until Satan is turned loose again.

God is a very loving and fair God; still patient with a remnant of people who don’t want him.   Some will accept Christ during this period of time and others will choose Satan.  It will be the final cleansing of all leaven.

Rev. 20:4 “And I saw thrones, and they sat upon them, and judgment was given unto them: and I saw the souls of them that were beheaded for the witness of Jesus, and for the word of God, and which had not worshiped the beast, neither his image, neither had received his mark upon their foreheads, or in their hands: and they lived and reigned with Christ a thousand years.”

The scene you just read will take place here on earth for the saints who will accept Christ from the time of the last catching away.

Since we are now at the time when these last few people will be judged (Rev.20) I looked at it as a time frame which Daniel spoke of; “when the Temple will be cleansed” and “when the daily sacrifices start”.

Dan. 8:13 “How long shall be the vision concerning the daily sacrifice, and the transgression of desolation, to give both the sanctuary and the host to be trodden under foot?”

Dan. 8:14 “And he said unto me, Unto two thousand and three hundred days; then shall the sanctuary be cleansed.”

“When the Temple is cleansed” should be when Satan is bound (Rev.19), right before the judgement (Rev.20).  If I am wrong as to when it will be cleansed, the start of the sacrifices should still take place before the seven years start.  Remember, the first year Scriptures in Rev.11:1 showed people were worshiping in the Temple while it was under construction, which showed it was already on its way to being built before the start of the seven years.

God’s desire is for no man to be lost.  So please don’t pass judgement where there are dates in the Bible. They are probably there for the ones during that tribulation time.  If you read this before the seven years start and you are in the harvest rapture, there is no need for you to know when all of these events will take place in these seven years, that is, if you are one of the five virgins who will be ready with your oil burning in your lamp.  The people who will go through these seven years, who don’t know the Word, will run to and fro searching for it.  They will be the ones who will want to know.  The truth of the Word is for all time, but it is also only for a time and a season.

Rom. 11:25 “blindness in part is happened to Israel, until the fullness of the Gentiles be come in.”

We are not to be ignorant of this time or judge Israel because of her fall and the tribulation that she must go through.  It is a part she must play to the end, a pattern for you and me to learn from.  We (Gentiles) are not Jews, but a wild olive branch grafted into the natural olive tree (Israel) (Tree of Life).

Blessed will be these saints who turned and won’t have to wait to be judged at the end of the Millennium.  They will reign with Christ right along with all of the other saints from all three catching aways.  These end ones will receive the same rewards as all the saints.

Mat. 20:15 “Is it not lawful for me to do what I will with mine own? Is thine eye evil, because I am good?”

Mat. 20:16 “So the last shall be first, and the first last: for many be called, but few chosen.”

Rev. 14:13 “And I heard a voice from heaven saying unto me, Write, Blessed are the dead which die in the Lord from henceforth: Yea, saith the Spirit, that they may rest from their labors; and their words do follow them.”

What a perfect love for God to give the same measure to these last few souls at the end who served God only a few days to rule and reign right along with many who served God for years, and some, their whole lifetime.  There will be a lot of things taking place on earth after the Beast and the False Prophet are bound.  One-third of mankind will need to be ruled with a rod of iron.  God’s Word will be the sword; it can cut either way.  The fowls are the Angels who will rid the flesh of their sin nature, because no sin will be able to manifest itself for this period of time [Rev.19:21].  The Temple will not be destroyed; it will be cleansed and made ready for their rituals to be performed again.  So you can see; it will be a very busy time here on earth.  These next few Scriptures will give a little insight of what it will be like.

Joel 2:23 “…rejoice in the Lord your God: for he hath given you the former rain moderately, and he will cause to come down for you the rain, the former rain, and the latter rain in the first month.”

Joel 2:3 “A fire devoureth before them; and behind them a flame burneth: the land is as the garden of Eden before them and behind them a desolate wilderness;”

Is. 65:25 “The wolf and the lamb shall feed together, and the lion shall eat straw like the bullock: and dust shall be the serpent’s ‘meat.  They shall not hurt nor destroy in all my holy mountain, saith the Lord.”

Is. 65:18 “Be ye glad and rejoice for ever in that which I create: for, behold, I create Jerusalem a rejoicing, and her people a joy.”

Is. 65:19 “And I will rejoice in Jerusalem, and joy in my people: and the voice of weeping shall be no more heard in her, nor the voice of crying.”

Is. 65:20 “There shall be no more thence an infant of days, nor an old man that hath not filled his days; for the child shall die a hundred years old; but the sinner being a hundred years old shall be accursed.”

Is. 65:21 “And they shall build houses, and inhabit them; and they shall plant vineyards, and eat the fruit of them.”

Is. 65:22 “They shall build, and another inhabit; they shall not plant, and another eat: for as the days of a tree are the days of my people, and mine elect shall long enjoy the work of their hands.”

Is. 65:23 “They shall not labor in vain, nor bring forth for trouble; for they are the seed of the blessed of the Lord, and their offspring with them.”

Is. 65:24 “And it shall come to pass, that before they call, I will answer; and while they are yet speaking, I will hear.”

Is. 66:10 “Rejoice ye with Jerusalem, and be glad with her, all ye that love her: rejoice for joy with her, all ye that love her: all ye that mourn for her:”

Is. 66:18 “For I know their works and their thoughts: it shall come, that I will gather all nations and tongues; and they shall come, and see my glory.”

Is. 66:19 “And I will set a sign among them, and I will send those that escape of them unto the nations, to Tarshish, Pul, and Lud, that draw the bow, to Tubal, and Javan, to isles afar off, that have not heard my fame, neither have seen my glory; and they shall declare my glory among the Gentiles.”

Is. 66:22 “For as the new heavens and the new earth, which I will make, shall remain before me, saith the Lord, so shall your seed and your name remain.”

Amos 9:14 “And I will bring again the captivity of my people of Israel, and they shall build the waste cities, and inhabit them; and they shall plant vineyards and drink the wine thereof; they shall also make gardens, and eat the fruit of them.”

Zec. 14:16 “And it shall come to pass, that every one that is left of all the nations which come against Jerusalem shall even go up from year to year to worship the King, the Lord of hosts, and to keep the feast of tabernacles.”

Zec. 14:17 “And it shall be, that whoso will not come up all the families of the earth unto Jerusalem to worship the King, the Lord of hosts, even upon them shall be no rain.”

Zec. 14:18 “And if the family of Egypt go not up, and come not, that have no rain; their shall be the plague, where with the Lord will smite the heathen that come not up to keep the feast of the tabernacles.”

Zec. 14:19 “This shall be the punishment of Egypt, and the punishment of all nations that come not up to keep the feast of tabernacles.”

Zec. 14:21 “…and in that day there shall be no more the Canaanite in the house of the Lord of hosts.”

After reading all of these Scriptures, one can tell everyone will be busy ministering to a lot of loving people along with many rebellious people.  Some will not want to serve God, and then there will be a lot of people who will not have heard of God and all His glory.  They will still have to be reached and ministered to before the thousand years end.  It will be as the Garden of Eden, the lamb will feed with the lion and there will be no death or disease.  People will live hundreds of years and there will be no spirit of Satan to hinder them to accomplish God’s work.

This next Scripture shows all of the ones that died during the full seven years, who were not of Christ, will have to wait until after the next 40 years, when Satan is turned loose again before they can be judged.

Rev. 20:5 “But the rest of the dead lived not again until the thousand years were finished. This is the first resurrection.”

Rev. 20:6 “Blessed and holy is he that hath part in the first resurrection: on such the second death hath no power, but they shall be priests of God and of Christ, and shall reign with him a thousand years.”

Remember how the Word has shown there will be a total of three catching aways?  The First Fruit, those Christ set free out of Hades; then the Main Harvest, yet to take place at the beginning of these seven years; and then the end ones, the gleaning who will be picked up at the end of these seven years.  These three catching aways make up the first resurrection.  If there is to be a first, then there will also be a second.  The second resurrection is called “the second death,” which is also called the resurrection unto damnation, which will take place after Satan is bound a second time after the 40 years are up.

Rev. 21:7 “He that overcometh shall inherit all things; and I will be his God, and he shall be my son.”

Rev. 21:8 “But the fearful, and unbelieving, and the abominable, and murderers, and whoremongers, and sorcerers, and idolaters, and all liars, shall have their part in the lake which burneth with fire and brimstone: which is the second death.”

John 5:28 “Marvel not at this: for the hour is coming, in the which all that are in the graves shall hear his voice,”

John 5:29 “And shall come forth; they that have done good, unto the resurrection of life; and they that have done evil, unto the resurrection of damnation.”

This last Scripture very clearly shows there are two resurrections, one unto life and one unto damnation.  The second death means, when you die and you are not of Christ, you are then kept in Hades until the death unto damnation {lake of fire} which will be the second death.  They will be brought before God for their final judgement at the end, all of the souls who would not accept Christ from the beginning of time.

The people who die who have accepted Christ will die but one time.  They will have no part of the second death.  There will be some who will not die at all, they will be raptured.  Before this second resurrection takes place, Satan will be loosed out of his prison to gather his armies from Gog and Magog to deceive the nations again.  His army will be a vast number of people, as the sand of the sea, when he is turned loose again for a period of forty years.

It’s unbelievable that people will go Satan’s way again and reject Christ.  They will go to their doom when they come again to the beloved city in Jerusalem.  Fire from God will devour them and cast them into the lake of fire with the Beast and the False Prophet.

This last judgement will be the Great White Throne Judgment with the Lord sitting to judge all the dead out of Christ from the beginning of time, seven thousand years.  The ones in Christ, who will die during these forty years when Satan is turned loose, will have their names written in the Book of Life also.  Those whose names will not be found written in that book will be cast into the lake of fire.  The saints who will make it through the Millennium with Jesus will stay here on earth to see the New Heaven and Earth come down from heaven.  They will enter into it with Jesus, the Lamb.

Is your name written within that book?  If there is a slight doubt, then don’t take a chance to be one of those that will have to go through these seven tribulation years.  It can come anytime.  Invite Jesus into your heart today to be your God, for only He can save your soul.
